VELTRA is an online watch store operating through veltrawatches.com. We sell selected watches and coordinate their direct shipment from the supplier to the customer's address.

All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site and include the final price of the watch. We strive to keep images and descriptions accurate; slight color variations may exist depending on your screen. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before confirming an order.

Payment is processed through PayPal, which lets you pay with a PayPal account or a credit/debit card. VELTRA does not store your card details: PayPal handles them with its own encryption and protection. The amount charged is the one shown in the order summary before you pay.

We work with direct shipping from the supplier. It is important to distinguish two different times:

• Tracking number: you receive it within 1 a 3 días hábiles after payment is confirmed, when the order is dispatched.
• Delivery (arrival at your address): the estimated time is 10 a 25 días, depending on the destination and each country's customs.

These times are good-faith estimates. External factors (customs, holidays, transport incidents) may extend them. By purchasing, you accept these delivery times inherent to international shipping.

Each order receives a VELTRA identifier and, when dispatched, a carrier tracking number. With it you can check the shipment status at any time. If after the delivery window you have not received your watch, contact us before opening any claim: in the vast majority of cases the shipment is in transit and we can locate it with the tracking.

You have 14 days from receiving the watch to request a return, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. To start one, write to us with your order number.

• If the watch arrives defective or does not match the order, we cover the return and refund or replace the piece at no cost.
• For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Refunds are made through the same payment method (PayPal) once the returned watch is received and verified.

Watches come with a 12 meses warranty against manufacturing defects, which does not cover normal wear, misuse, impacts or contact with water beyond each model's stated resistance.

VELTRA is not responsible for delays caused by third parties beyond its control (customs, carriers, force majeure) or for incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Check that your address is correct at payment.
