The controller of your data is VELTRA, owner of veltrawatches.com.

To send you your watch we process, at a minimum:

• Name and shipping address.
• Contact email address.
• Order details (watch purchased, amount, order and tracking number).

We do not collect or store your card details. Payment is processed by PayPal, which only communicates to us the payment confirmation and the shipping address you authorize.

• Prepare, ship and track your order.
• Send you information about the status of your purchase.
• Handle returns, warranties or claims.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. We only share it with those strictly necessary to deliver your order (the PayPal payment processor and the shipping company).

Payment is handled on the PayPal platform, which applies its own security measures and privacy policy. When you pay, your payment data relationship is directly with PayPal.

We keep the order data for as long as necessary to fulfill delivery, warranty and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Afterwards it is deleted or anonymized.

You can request at any time to access, rectify or delete your data, as well as object to its processing, by writing to us through the contact section or at veltrawatchesofficial@gmail.com.

We only use the technical cookies necessary for the store and the cart to work. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies for commercial purposes.
