The two times you should know
Tracking number

After payment is confirmed, when your watch is dispatched.
Delivery to your door

Estimated arrival time, depending on destination and customs.
Receiving the tracking number is fast; delivery takes longer because the shipment is international. They are different things: having the tracking does not mean the watch is already in your city, but that it is on its way.
Where we ship from
We ship worldwide. We dispatch from several logistics centers (Asia and the Middle East) depending on availability and destination; part of our stock is dispatched from Israel. That is why the origin may vary from one order to another, and why the estimated delivery time is 10 a 25 días.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched we will give you the tracking number so you can follow its progress. If after the estimated delivery time you have not received it, write to us with your order number and we will locate it.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving the watch to request a return if it is unused and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or wrong, the return or exchange is on us. See the details in the Terms & Conditions.
